The Purchasing department’s mission is to safeguard the standard of quality, continuity of service, and the County’s reputation for fairness and integrity.
These are the purchasing guidelines:
$0-$5,000 | Quotes not required |
$5,001-$25,000 | At least two Competitive Quotes Required |
$25,001 & Above | Bid process including public advertising |
For those items over $25,000, the contract requirements will be advertised in the local newspaper.
