Marriage License
Both parties MUST be present to apply and will need the following:
- Proof of Age such as a Driver’s License or Birth Certificate
- If under 21, both parents or legal guardians must sign giving their consent.

If either party has been divorced, the divorce date will be needed.
People who can perform marriages:
- Ordained Minister, Reverend, or Priest

Any Marriage License applied for in the State of Mississippi, MUST be performed in the State of Mississippi!
Certified Copies of Marriage Licenses are $17.
To request a Certified Copy of a Marriage License, please call (662) 624-3022 – please have the Date of Marriage and the name of either the bride or groom.
